Abstract:
Postgraduate studying, especially doctoral studying, is a special experience. How to gain more in the studying so that to stand on a higher career platform after graduation, is what the student should think about. The speaker would combine his experience and discuss with the students in doctoral learning and research.
Speaker Profile:
Professor Liu Jun received his PhD from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and is currently a professor at the School of Business, Renmin University of China and the Executive Director of the Research Center for Enterprise Innovation and Competitiveness of Renmin University. Professor Liu has published more than 40 papers in academic journals such as the Management World, Psychology Newspaper, Administrative Science Quarterly, and Journal of Applied Psychology. He has won the Renmin University of China, excellence teaching award, excellent research award, best graduate supervisor, Beijing teaching achievement award. He was selected in the Ministry of Education "New Century Outstanding Talent Support Plan" (2009); won the "National Outstanding Youth" science fund in 2014. Professor Liu Jun's research interests include organizational behavior and human resource management, his research results has been recited more than 4,000 times.
