Speaker: Associate Professor Luo Wenhao
Luo Wenhao, Ph.D., School of Business, Renmin University of China, is an associate professor and master supervisor in the Department of Business Administration, School of Economics and Management, North China University of Technology. He is also the deputy director of the editorial department and the editorial board member of "China Human Resources Development". His main research fields are leadership and organizational behavior. He has presided over two National Natural Science Foundation projects, one Humanities and Social Sciences Program of the Ministry of Education, and two scientific research projects of the Beijing Municipal Education Commission. He has published more than 40 academic papers in Chinese and foreign languages.
Writing ability is playing a more and more important role in the research of organization and management, but at the same time, many graduate students who have just entered the field of scientific research are generally lacking in academic writing ability. This lecture will be based on the perspective of new scientific research, combined with the speaker's multiple experiences as author, reviewer and editor, and jointly discuss how to improve the writing ability of organizational management research. The lecture will initially analyze the basic characteristics of academic paper writing, explore the four types of research thinking behind the driving writing, and share strategic suggestions for improving academic writing ability.
