The “Self-improvement Star College Students” Honorary Title is organized and launched under the guidance of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and the China University Association, the China Youth Daily and the New Oriental Educational Science and Technology Group.

The selection process includes searching for young role models who promote the spirits of self-improvement, recommendation, evaluation and publicity, and finally electing the candidates of “Self-improvement Star College Students” upon board discussion. Liang Beiyuan, an undergraduate student from HRM program, CUFE Business School was awarded one of the“2019 Self-improvement Star College Students” Honorary Title.

Liang Beiyuan always keeps enthusiasm and upward motivation, overcomes difficulties and encourages himself in daily life. His story is one of the best practice of being self-improvement, strong and brave among young people.
