Abstract:CZB was a startup establishedin 2016. Within just 2 years, CZB becomes a leading platform in the commercial vehicleenergy industry in China. The case looks into the three stages for CZB to makesuch achievement in a short time, through three stages: 1) identifying entrepreneurialopportunities, 2) configuring strategic resources, 3) orchestrating strategicresources. Meanwhile, CZB faces challenges such as risk of policy change, thedevelopment of wireless charging technology, the changes in social and culturalfactors and the challenge of existing competitors in the industry and newentrants.
