Onthe morning of June 7, 2018, a delegation led by Hu Jiye, Deputy Executive Directorof the MBA Education Center, China University of Political Science and Law(CUPL), visited the MBA Education Center of Central University of Finance andEconomics (CUFE). Deputy Director Jia Xiaojing and other faculty of the CUFEMBA Education Center including Wang Zhihong, Zhao Tiebai, Kong Weiming, ZhouYan, Wang Yuxia, and Huang Jixin met the delegation and exchanged experiencewith their counterparts. The two sides had an in-depth discussion regardingtheir respective experience in running MBA programs as well as theaccreditation content and process of the Chinese Advanced Management EducationAccreditation (CAMEA).

DeputyDirector Jia Xiaojing extended a warm welcome to Mr. Hu and his delegation. Sheintroduced the evolution and status quo of the CUFE Business School and its MBAEducation Center, and specifically singled out her own CAMEA accreditationexperience and feelings. Jia pointed out that with an emphasis on internaldriving forces, mission-oriented programs, process monitoring, innovativefeatures, and constant improvement, CAMEA accreditation appeared to follow suchtrends of establishing a quality assurance system in professional degree educationwith Chinese characteristics that it could contribute significantly to furtherdevelopment of the CUFE Business School and its MBA program.

Mr.Hu elaborated on the development of the CUPL MBA Education Center, sharedexperience in and discussed about a wide range of relevant issues includingadmission policies, curriculum development and provision as well as pedagogicaltechniques and methods among others.

This exchange visit helped both sides deepen mutual understanding,broaden their horizon, and intensify their desire to enhance cooperation andexchanges for common progress.
