March 24, 2015, the President of Takachiho University, Professor Taeru Fujii, Professor Sigeyuki Niitsu from Takachiho Graduate School and Professor Hiroyasu Takada from Takachiho Business School visited CUFE. Vice President of CUFE, Professor Li Junsheng received the Guests. Dean of CUFE Business School, Professor Wang Ruihua; Director of East Asian Studies Center, Professor Cai Caishi; Secretary of CUFE Business School Party General Branch, Professor Ge Jianxin; Deputy Dean of CUFE Graduate School, Professor Zhou Weizhong and Deputy Secretary of Party General Branch of CUFE Business School, Professor Lin Song were present.
CUFE and Takachiho University co-held the International Seminar Entitled “Sino-Japanese Family Enterprise Management”, host by Professor Wang Ruihua. Professor Sigeyuki Niitsu from Takachiho Graduate School gave a keynote speech “Operational Characteristics and Operational Aptitude of Japanese Owner Enterprise”, which did a deep analysis of the aptitude, successful case, talent cultivating pattern, funds usage pattern and external intelligence community of Japanese Owner Enterprise. Professor Hiroyasu Takada from Takachiho Business School gave a speech entitled “Transition of the Role Government Financial Institution Played in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises’ Financing”, which introduced in detail the history of government financial institution, loans to small and medium-sized enterprises, financial reform in recent years and its characteristics. Then, teachers and students discussed on the brilliant speeches.
Professor Taeru Fujii said the cooperation between two universities was significant and meaningful; “Comparative Study of Sino-Japanese Family Enterprise Management” was a topic worth further discussion and he was full of expectation of two sides’ cooperation in the future. Vice President Li Junsheng thanked Takachiho University for the academic speeches, congratulated the success of seminar, expressed his confidence in the cooperative project “Comparative Study of Sino-Japanese Family Enterprise Management” and wished a complete success to the project. Professor Wang Ruihua said, CUFE Business School would attach great attention to the friendship with Takachiho University as always, and would create conditions actively to accelerate the bilateral cooperation.
There has been friendly communication between Takachiho University and CUFE for more than 10 years. The two sides carried cooperative study on such fields as business operation, internationalization of SMEs, and family enterprise management; besides, a number of scientific research achievements have been published in China and Japan, which effectively promote the internationalization of CUFE.
